We have selected some units of work from the wider curriculum if you wish to use these at home. For each unit, there is a series of lessons.
For most lessons, there are three documents: a plan, a set of slides and worksheets. The 'plan' explains the learning involved and is designed for teachers and parents. The 'slides' are a set of slides to look through and discuss - the children may be used to seeing these in some subjects at school. The 'work' is a set of worksheets that will be explained in the 'plan'. There is no expectation that all of the work needs to be completed. Please remember that these units of work are optional.
As a guideline, the lessons provided here will last 2 weeks in school. If your child is attending school part-time, it is worth looking at their 'bubble' class timetable (see below) to see when each subject is being taught. The same subjects can therefore be studied at home on the same days. This will avoid any repetition on the days your child attends school.
A new set of lessons will be placed here every week for those who are learning at home.
