Reception Starters - September 2021

In the attached letter (see below) from the headteacher, Mr Helm, you will find a range of information about the school and how to apply. Usually, Mr Helm would give tours of the school to prospective parents/carers but this is not possible in the current circumstances and so we have filmed a 15 minute presentation (please click on the link below). Mr Helm will be available via a phone call on Wednesday 11th November 10.30am-11.30am and Wednesday 18th November 9.30am-11.30am should anyone have any specific queries. Remembrance Day
Wed 11 Nov 2020We marked Remembrance Day at the school in a variety of ways. Our Worships this week have focussed on different elements of Remembrance Week including finding out about the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Westminster Abbey. We held a two minute silence at 11am on the 11th November and our Captains' Council decorated some pebbles with poppy designs and placed them close to the memorial in Poole Park. Sebrina from Year Six led the Captains in prayer as we remembered the former pupils of Longfleet (CE) Primary School that died or were injured whilst at war.
