"JERUSALEMA" DANCE Step by step instructions
There are lots of different versions and variations of this dance. The steps in this video are how we are going to dance it on Rainbow Day! You start off facing the front, then turn 90 degrees to your left each time you repeat the steps, ending up back where you started and doing the whole thing again...
This is the pattern:
Left x 4 Right x 4
L R L R fwd (L) fwd (R) fwd (L) Turn
Tap (L) step (L) cross (R in front of L) step (L)
Tap (R), back (R), back (L), back (R)
"JERUSALEMA" DANCE full dance
When you have got the hang of the steps you can dance along to this. You might need to practice at a slower tempo at first. Click on settings at the the bottom of the video and then change the playback speed. 0.5 is really slow, 0.75 is a bit slow and normal is the full speed.
