The Inclusion Team at Longfleet Primary School work closely with all members of staff to insure that the pupils achieve their best in all aspects of their development.
We are here to address any barriers to success. We work closely in partnership with parents / carers in order to make school a positive and rewarding experience.
Mrs Sue Eden is the Deputy Head Teacher, Inclusion Leader and Designated Safeguarding Lead
She has overall responsibility for Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), Safeguarding, Pastoral Care and Pupil Premium children. She is also the designated teacher for Looked After Children, Outreach Support, EAL, SALT and the school's Ed Psych link.
Mrs Rita Bartlett (SEND HLTA)
Initial contact for Special Education Needs: Outreach meetings, leading specific interventions e.g. Precision Teaching, coaching for interventions, speech and language support, liaising with the class teachers to offer support for the child's individual needs.
