School Uniform

The teaching staff and governors wholeheartedly encourage the wearing of school uniform. We believe that it is important for the school to have a standard, recognisable uniform and that it is often easier for parents when a school uniform is standard wear.  We hope that with guidance from parents, our children will be conscientious and take pride in their appearance.  By wearing our school uniform smartly, we hope that they will feel proud to identify themselves with Longfleet Primary School.  When wearing Longfleet Primary School Uniform, our children are representing themselves as ambassadors for our school. Although we encourage our children to wear our school logo or badge, parents can buy uniform in the school colours without the badge.

The Longfleet uniform is:

PE

When arriving at our school the children will be put into a House (Red, Yellow, Green or Blue). Most pupils wear the T-Shirt in the colour or their house, which has our school logo printed on the front.  Alternatively they can wear a plain T-Shirt in the appropriate house colour.

Pupils should wear their PE kit on the days they have PE.  They can also wear it to school if they have an after-school sports club.  There is a blue PE hoodie which can be worn on a PE day/sports club day or alternatively the children wear their school jumper.
